In these Terms & Conditions, the following definitions apply:
2.2 Geographic Restriction. The 90piso Platform is offered to individuals physically located within the Philippines. 90piso makes no representation that the services are lawful in any jurisdiction outside the Philippines. Accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited is solely at your own risk and liability.

2.4 Verification. 90piso reserves the right to request documentary proof of age and identity at any time. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within a reasonable timeframe will result in account suspension pending resolution.
3.1 Single Account Policy. Each individual may register only one (1) 90piso Account. The creation of multiple accounts by a single individual, including under different names or mobile numbers, is strictly prohibited. Duplicate accounts will be closed and any balance — including winnings — may be forfeited.
3.2 Accuracy of Information. You must provide accurate, complete, and current information during registration and throughout your use of the 90piso Platform. This includes your legal full name, date of birth, Philippine mobile number, and any other information requested during registration or KYC. Providing false or misleading information constitutes a material breach of these Terms.
3.3 Account Ownership. A 90piso Account is personal to you. You may not sell, transfer, assign, or share access to your Account with any other person. You are solely responsible for all activity conducted through your Account.
3.4 Right to Refuse. 90piso reserves the right to decline any registration application at its sole discretion and without obligation to provide a reason.
4.1 Credential Responsibility. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your 90piso login credentials — including your username, password, and any OTP or two-factor authentication code. You must not disclose these to any third party.
4.2 Unauthorised Access. You must notify 90piso immediately upon becoming aware of any unauthorised access to or use of your Account. 90piso will not be liable for any loss arising from your failure to maintain the security of your credentials.
4.4 Session Security. 90piso implements automatic session expiry after periods of inactivity. You should log out of your 90piso Account when using shared or public devices.
5.1 Minimum Deposit. The minimum deposit on the 90piso Platform is ₱20 (Philippine Pesos). All transactions are conducted exclusively in PHP.
5.2 Accepted Payment Methods. 90piso accepts deposits via GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, and Metrobank. Payment method availability may vary and is subject to change. Deposits must be made from payment accounts registered in your own name.
5.3 Third-Party Funding Prohibited. Depositing funds on behalf of another person, or accepting deposits funded by a third party, is prohibited. 90piso may require evidence that deposit funds originate from an account in the Player's name as part of KYC.
5.4 Deposit Limits. 90piso may impose deposit limits in accordance with PAGCOR responsible gaming requirements or at its discretion. Players may also set voluntary deposit limits within their Account settings.
5.5 No Deposit Fees. 90piso does not charge fees on deposits. Third-party payment provider fees, if any, are the responsibility of the Player.
6.1 Minimum Withdrawal. The minimum withdrawal amount is ₱50 (Philippine Pesos).
6.2 KYC Requirement. Completed KYC verification is required before any withdrawal is processed. KYC documents include a valid government-issued Philippine ID (e.g., PhilSys, passport, driver's license, UMID, SSS, PRC ID) and, where requested, proof of address or source of funds.
6.3 Processing Times. GCash and PayMaya withdrawals are typically processed within 5–30 minutes of a verified withdrawal request. Bank transfers (BPI, BDO, Metrobank) are processed within the same business day. 90piso does not guarantee processing times for withdrawals subject to additional review.
6.4 Withdrawal Method Matching. Withdrawals will generally be returned to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, subject to the operational constraints of each payment provider.
6.5 Right to Review. 90piso reserves the right to delay or withhold withdrawal processing pending completion of fraud checks, KYC verification, or investigation of any suspected breach of these Terms.
7.1 Subject to Specific Terms. All bonuses and promotions offered by 90piso are subject to specific terms including wagering requirements, validity periods, minimum deposit thresholds, maximum bet restrictions, and game contribution rates. These specific terms are published alongside each offer and form part of these Terms.
7.2 One Bonus Per Promotion. Unless explicitly stated otherwise, each promotion is available to each eligible Player once only. Attempting to claim a promotional offer multiple times through the creation of duplicate accounts or by other means constitutes bonus abuse.
7.3 Bonus Abuse. 90piso reserves the right to cancel bonus funds, void related winnings, and close an Account where there is evidence of bonus abuse — including but not limited to: low-risk hedging strategies designed to satisfy wagering requirements without genuine play intent, use of multiple accounts, or exploitation of promotional terms in a manner not intended by 90piso.
7.4 Withdrawal of Bonus Funds. Bonus funds may only be withdrawn after the applicable wagering requirements have been met in full. Real money balance is applied to game stakes before bonus balance unless the specific promotion states otherwise.
8.1 RTP and Fairness. All 90piso casino games — including slots, live dealer games, bingo, and RNG-based table games — operate under published Return to Player (RTP) percentages and certified random number generation systems. Live dealer games use verified physical card decks and dice under real-time supervision.
8.2 Game Malfunction. In the event of a technical malfunction, communication error, or software fault that affects game outcome, 90piso reserves the right to void the affected round and return stakes to Players' Accounts. Winnings paid on the basis of a manifest malfunction are void and may be reclaimed from the Player's Account.
8.3 Disconnection. 90piso is not responsible for game interruptions resulting from the Player's internet connection, device failure, or local network issues. Players should ensure a stable connection before placing real-money bets.
8.4 Final Decisions. In any dispute regarding game outcomes, the decision of 90piso — based on its server-side logs and the records of its game providers — shall be final, subject to PAGCOR's dispute resolution procedures.
The following activities are strictly prohibited on the 90piso Platform and will result in immediate Account suspension, permanent closure, and forfeiture of balances:

10.3 Self-Exclusion is Binding. Once activated, a self-exclusion cannot be reversed during the specified exclusion period. 90piso will close your Account and withhold any outstanding balance (which will be returned to your registered payment method) upon self-exclusion activation.
10.4 Age Enforcement. 21+ The 90piso Platform is strictly for adults aged 21 years and above. 90piso actively enforces this requirement through KYC verification and cooperates with PAGCOR's minor exclusion programmes.
11.1 Ownership. All content on the 90piso Platform — including but not limited to the 90piso brand, logo, game interfaces, website design, text, graphics, and software — is the property of 90piso's operating entity or its licensors and is protected by applicable Philippine and international intellectual property laws.
11.2 Limited License. 90piso grants you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the Platform for personal entertainment purposes only. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, reverse-engineer, or create derivative works from any 90piso content without prior written authorisation.
12.1 No Guarantee of Winnings. Gambling involves risk. 90piso does not guarantee that Players will win money. All games have a built-in house edge. Past results do not predict future outcomes.
12.2 Service Availability. 90piso aims to provide continuous Platform availability but does not guarantee uninterrupted access. Scheduled maintenance, technical faults, or circumstances beyond our control may result in temporary service unavailability. 90piso is not liable for losses arising from service interruptions.
12.3 Maximum Liability. To the extent permitted by Philippine law, 90piso's total liability to you for any claim arising from your use of the Platform shall not exceed the amount deposited by you in the 90piso Account in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
13.1 Right to Amend. 90piso reserves the right to amend these Terms & Conditions at any time. Amended Terms will be published on the 90piso Platform with an updated effective date. Your continued use of the Platform following publication of amended Terms constitutes your acceptance of those changes.
13.2 Notification. For material changes to these Terms, 90piso will endeavour to provide advance notice via registered email address or in-Platform notification. Where regulatory changes require immediate implementation, amended Terms may take effect without prior notice.
14.1 Governing Law. These Terms & Conditions are governed exclusively by the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, including without limitation the Civil Code of the Philippines, Republic Act No. 9487 (PAGCOR Charter), and all applicable PAGCOR regulations.
14.2 Dispute Resolution. In the event of a dispute between you and 90piso, you must first contact 90piso customer support to seek resolution. If the dispute is not resolved at the customer support level, it shall be referred to PAGCOR's dispute resolution mechanism. Any dispute not resolved through these channels shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the appropriate Philippine courts.
14.3 Language. These Terms are written in English. In the event of any inconsistency between an English version and any translation, the English version shall prevail.
